Is This a Religious Program?

No, but we do promote religious tolerance by personal choice.

 

How long is the program? - Is there a minimum length?

There are no set program lengths but we encourage clients to stay at least 8 months to 1 year.

 

How are we licensed?

The Launching Pad is licensed in accordance with the British Columbia’s Community Care & Assisted Living Act, and is currently licensed by the Assisted Living Registrar of British Columbia.

Are there house restrictions and/or a curfew?

No cellphone use and no access to the internet. Curfew is at 11 pm. Occupancy is made available on the strict understanding that the house is to be, at all times, drug and alcohol-free.  In addition, guests or visitors of a resident who are under the influence of any type of mind-altering substances are not permitted, at any times, in the house or on the grounds.

 

Can I have visitors?

Yes

Do I need to be clean prior to arrival?

No

 

Can I attend while on bail or as part of sentence (either probation or a Conditional Sentence Order CSO)?

Can you help my wife or girlfriend?

Although we are unable to help women at this facility, we can make suggestions in order for them to seek out assistance.
